Every Brand is different and every market has better way to accept the brands. In addition, Distribution and Retail do not share the same specifications across Latin America. The size of a country, history, culture, geography, GDP, import duties and so many other variables make us look differently at every brand and every market.

Therefore, when we consider representing a brand we first try to answer a few questions:
Distribution or direct to Retail? What would be the best retailer to start? Store or internet? What about the need of promoters? Displays or traditional shelves? Maybe demonstrations as well? What about PR? What would be the best PR for the brand: social media, magazines, TV placement?

At the end, we want to maximize the revenue, but we also want to make sure that this will happen for a long period and not just for the first order.
